Project Leader
Primary Purpose
The Project Leader primary responsibility is to lead and manage integrated creative projects and experiences with a point of view. Serving as the connective tissue across subject matter experts on the project, the Project Leader both account manages, and project manages the project at-large to ensure ultimate success.
In conjunction with creative project management and other teams within Brand Apart, this person will help drive Brand Apart’s relationships with our clients. This account management includes design, video, strategy, and campaign work. Multiple layers of executive client contact are required. Within Brand Apart, he or she will interface representatives from Design Team, Video, Environmental, Event Logistics and Strategy.
Overview
The Project Leader role at Brand Apart is a hybrid position that blends creative project management with strategic account stewardship. Beyond managing day-to-day tasks, the Project Leader is expected to “connect the dots” across projects and broader strategic initiatives—especially for key clients like Chick-fil-A. This role requires applied creative thinking to interpret the needs behind the ask and deliver work that elevates client trust and partnership.
The Project Leader will take a central role in leading and supporting our upcoming partnership with Chick-fil-A to design and deliver a compelling Winning Hearts Every Day Immersion Experience for Operators and Team Leaders. In close collaboration with leaders across Brand Apart’s creative workstreams, the Project Leader will ensure connectivity, coordination, and clarity throughout the experience design and management process—offering a reliable point of alignment for both internal teams and our client counterparts.
This role will actively support the Immersion Experience through Spring and Summer 2025, culminating in a major event in October. Afterward, the Project Leader will transition to lead other integrated experience projects within the Chick-fil-A ecosystem, including initiatives such as Culture Cornerstones, NEXT, Founder’s Week, and others.
Essential Functions
- Report to the Director of Project Leadership
- Be the internal champion for our client’s goals as well as the Brand Apart advocate representing our work to the client.
- Understand the full spectrum of services that Brand Apart offers and be able to grow client relationships in a thoughtful and consultative way.
- Win trust with clients through delivering exceptional creative and strategic work and proactive problem solving.
- Scope new projects appropriately including budgets, resourcing, and timelines in partnership with and design, strategy, or video team.
- Package, pitch, and present proposals to clients in an effective and persuasive manner.
- Maintain utilization of Monday.com for project management tasks and timetables. Hold all stakeholders accountable to milestones and timelines.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure all deliverables are in line with client goals & expectations.
- Meet regularly with Relationship Lead to provide feedback and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Drive daily logistical needs of clients and projects to ensure all deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Promote a unified and encouraging team environment among Brand Apart staff, contractors, creative partners, and vendors.
- Assist and manage other special projects as needed.

Location & Work Environment
This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and follows a hybrid work model that combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area and able to attend in-person workdays as required by our hybrid office policy.

Due to the nature of some of our event and experience work, candidates need to be available to travel 10% of the time.
